Stacey Utley has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.  Working with people to help them achieve a healthy, balanced life is truly her passion! She loves helping people enhance their lives through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle transformation. She thrives as a motivator and enjoys sharing her fitness and health knowledge with as many people as possible. She provides advice tailored to each individual, and finding what works best for them. She strives to inspire others to new levels of fitness.

As a motivator and role model, Stacey has a unique connection with her clients that stems from her own personal journey toward weight loss and wellness. Before becoming a personal trainer and fitness consultant, she struggled with her own weight and self-esteem.  She was not active and didn’t eat well and was a bit on the heavy side. One day she decided she’d had enough and took control of her life, setting some goals for herself. She was resolved to reach those goals and started running. Through determination, dedication, and hard work, she achieved her goals. She found she enjoyed pushing herself to new boundaries, and was amazed at how fast the human body adapts and changes.  After 25 marathons, 10 half marathons and numerous smaller road races, her knee gave out, putting an end to distance running, but not the desire to be fit and healthy. Stacey then began to focus on bodybuilding and in only a short time, was competing in NPC (National Physique Committee) figure competitions. At the age of 40 she qualified for the USAs at her first show, which is quite a feat for any age. All of this was accomplished with very little coaching or outside advice; just personal research, hard work and a never-ending desire to become the best she can be.  It was through this journey that she realized how much she loves helping to motivate and inspire others to attain their OWN goals.

Stacey is fervent about the benefits of exercise, both physically and mentally, and believes that exercise is a major contributing factor that aids in the longevity of life.


Dr.  David R. Middleton, Chiropractic Physician – or – Dr Dave, what most patients and friends call him, has been practicing chiropractic since 1987. His focus has been in sports medicine with treatment of the musculoskeletal system to restore and improve normal function and ability. While working with athletes of varying skill levels, his focus has been to optimize the athletes’ ability to perform at their maximum ability.

Being raised in southern Utah and attended Southern Utah University on a baseball scholarship, Dr Dave had injuries which ended his baseball career but set him off on another. Spending hours in the training room as a patient inspired him to work on other patients. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology, he attended Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angles where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He is a certified golf fitness instructor through Titleist Performance Institute.

Dr. Dave has held positions at International Sports Medicine Institute as director of X-ray and Physical Therapy, Regional Occupational Program instructor of Sports Therapy and Fitness for San Bernardino County, and team physician for high school and minor league professional baseball teams. Dr. Middleton has also been the Physician for the ReMax World Long Drive Championships since 2010.

He is also an author; his first publication is Golf Fitness A-Z, and as the name implies, is everything you need to know about how to become a more fit and healthy golfer. Golf Fitness A-Z is an informative, easy-to-read layout which will benefit the weekend duffer to the high-end professional golfer.

Having spent countless hours in the gym, as well as doing research into fitness, Dr Dave is an expert in the field and knows from personal experience what works and doesn’t work.
