Hi there! I’m Stacey. Welcome to our blog.

My goal here is to share my experiences and the things I have learned over the years – things that have worked – and things that haven’t. I hope to inspire and uplift others who struggle with some of the same things I do. Since I am pushing 50, things have started to change and shift a little. Things that were once easy have become a little more challenging. But it’s not a bad thing, I am embracing the changes. Aging is a part of life and as DrDave always says, “You have to grow old, but you don’t have to grow up.” It’s all in your attitude, staying active, and making the best of things. I’m excited for this new journey and looking forward to getting to know many new friends.
